Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. In the unlikely event that you have a bad experience with our service or with one of our products, we would like to hear about it. In that case, send an email to info@softcotton.nl and we will respond to your complaint within 24 hours on working days.

It goes without saying that we will always do our utmost to find a suitable solution.

If, despite our efforts, you are not satisfied with the solution offered, you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform ( https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ ).
